§ 10.08.080. Parking along Illinois Route 120.

A.

Parking shall not be permitted along Illinois Route 120 from Illinois Route 134 to the east corporate limit of the village of Hainesville.

B.

The village board of the village of Hainesville will prohibit future parking at such locations on or immediately adjacent to Illinois Route 120 as may be determined and directed by the state of Illinois to be necessary to ensure the free flow of traffic and safety to the motoring public.
