§ 2.08.060. Meetings.

The village of Hainesville shall hold regular village board meetings at 6:30 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month with the exception of November and December, when an earlier date will be chosen pursuant to the annual schedule of meetings approved by the village board under the Open Meetings Act. Nothing herein shall prevent the village board and any committee of the village board from holding special meetings in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.
