§ 2.12.070. Records.

  • The village clerk shall keep all papers belonging to the village the custody and control of which are not given to other officers, including but not limited to the record of ordinances, register of licenses and permits and payments thereon and therefor, and a record showing a roster of all of the officers and regular employees of the village, and such other records as may be required to be kept or filed from time to time by the corporate authorities or state law.
