§ 5.12.020. License required.

A.

No person shall own, promote, operate, conduct, control, manage, product, present, sponsor or permit, for gain or profit, any amusement without first having obtained a license as provided herein.

B.

No person shall install, maintain or use, or permit the installation, keeping, maintenance or use upon his or her premises of any automatic amusement device for which a license has not been issued.

C.

No person shall own or operate a game room without first having obtained a license to do so, nor shall he or she own or operate a game room which does not comply with the provisions of this code.
